Built-in AI/ML screening highlights people serving potentially excessive sentences for non-serious offenses, producing candidate lists for second-look review by public defenders and prosecutors.
An AI-powered bias-analysis toolkit generates reproducible statistical reports on sentencing outcomes (by factors such as race, priors, and enhancements) suitable for prima facie showings or discovery motions supporting (a)(3) and (a)(4) claims under the California Racial Justice Act.
