Project Description
The Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts offers an AI-powered chatbot on the state’s Self-Help Center website to assist self-represented users with family-court procedures. The system uses a retrieval-augmented approach to surface information from court-approved resources and presents it in more than 50 languages. It is configured for privacy (anonymous use, no accounts) and includes standard legal-information disclaimers. The chatbot complements existing self-help tools—forms, guided interviews, and instructional content—and is monitored by staff who review transcripts to improve accuracy and identify content gaps.
