Find 48 synthetic but realistic user queries that could be entered into a chat, hotline, or other interactive system about common legal problems.

Each question is tied to a state jurisdiction.

Each has a lengthy, multi-sentence description of what is happening in the problem.

All queries are labeled with jurisdiction codes (FIPS) and legal issue codes (LIST).
